Our Family Liaison Officer provides pastoral support to parents/carers and can help with any issues that you may have in relation to supporting your children, both at home and in school.  Our Family Liaison Officer can talk to you impartially and confidentially providing a ‘listening ear’ if you ever need advice or support. Our Pastoral Support Worker supports our Family Liaison Officer, SENCo and Behaviour Lead to provide a complementary service to teachers and other staff, addressing the needs of children who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential. Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) supports our staff in a variety of approaches which means we are able to adapt to a range of SEND which fall under the four broad areas of need: Cognition and learning; communication and interaction, social, emotional and mental health; sensory or physical.

Our behaviour lead supports our staff  where pupils may require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential.  This may include developing individual behaviour support plans in conjunction with the class teacher, parents and pupils.
