Martlesham 100th Anniversary: We will be learning about the history and geography of the Martlesham area over the last 100 years. We will begin the topic with a trip to the Control Tower Museum and a learning walk around the local area. Also, a member of BT will talk to the children about the locality; the more recent changes that have occurred and innovation in the area.

Friday 13th January:  walk to explore the local area for clues to its past

6A leave school at 9.15am, return to school at approximately 10.45am

Thursday 12th January: visit to the Control Tower museum

6A leave school at 10.00 am return to school at approximately 12.15 pm

Friday 13th January:  walk to explore the local area for clues to its past

6B leave school at 10 am, return to school at approximately 11.30am

Thursday 12th January: visit to the Control Tower museum

6B leave school at 1.25 pm return to school at approximately 3 pm

Wednesday 11th January: walk to explore the local area for clues to its past

6C leave school at 1.30pm, return to school at approximately 3pm

Thursday 12th January: visit to the Control Tower museum

6C leave school at 9.10 am return to school at approximately 10.50 am

A warm coat and comfortable footwear should be worn for both trips.
