Spooktacular First Day back!

We started the half term off with our Halloween day where we got a little bit spooky in 4B. We designed our own haunted houses which helped us to write a creepy descriptive paragraph about our setting. We then moved onto using halloween actions to help us understand what a fraction is by splitting out bats, frankensteins and ghosts into groups and counting certain groups. In the afternoon, everything became a little bit spookier! Using origami we created pumpkins, ghosts and bats using our accurate folding skills. We then composed a dance routine to Thriller where we explored how to act like different Halloween characters to put into our dance routine... scary mwahahahaha!
