Happy Healthy eating

On Friday, we learnt about healthy eating and balanced diets. We looked at our food wrappers and looked at the traffic lights to see what the food sources were. We discussed what they meant and the importance of them all. We also got given a eating diary. We are writing what we have eaten and we have to bring them in on Friday. It’s still ok to eat cake and chocolate but not five cakes everyday. A balanced dieting is eating everything in moderation.
