Our Golden Kilometre

We aim to run every day if we have no injuries. We run as much of a km as we are able to in the time given. Sometimes we complete the four laps to make a km, sometimes less. It gives us the chance to get fresh air, run and chat as well as get fitter. Some of us are very proud of how we are now able to run several laps without stopping- something unthinkable when we started many months ago.
