Geography: MH100 celebration introduction and Local Walk

posted 15 Jan 2017, 04:45 by Jenni Stanley   [ updated 16 Jan 2017, 05:11 ]
After a fantastic introduction to the M100 celebrations planned in July from Ian Read, who works at BT, we set off on our walk. We were looking for clues to Martlesham's past and evidence that this past was remembered in the area local to Gorseland. Every member of each group used their skills to carry out their responsibility as best they could: our job titles were photographer, sketch artist, note-taker, map reader and map sketcher.
(Thank you to all the parents who helped today, but also those who had offered on our rained off day of Monday.)
