Geography: Japanese writing, chopsticks and origami.

posted 22 Dec 2016, 10:19 by Jenni Stanley
To appreciate who Kensuke was, we celebrated 'Kensuke's Kingdom' with a Japanese morning. Thanks to an origami book shared by an enthusiastic member of the class, we were able to attempt many different origami challenges. We also learned how to write in Japanese with some amazing bookmarks being created; we chose to use handwriting pens or brushes and black paint from shells.
Finally, we persevered our absolute best to master chopsticks to enjoy noodles (and soy sauce if we wished).
